Add a new Backup-Set folder:
Select any folder in this panel, then from the Main-Menu: "File"->"New Set…"
or
Right-Click on any folder in this panel, then select "New Set…"
or
Select any folder in this panel, then press the INSERT key on the keyboard

Rename a Backup-Set folder:
Select the Backup-Set folder you wish to rename, then from the Main-Menu: "File"->"Rename…"
or
Right-Click on the Backup-Set folder you wish to rename, then select " Rename…"
or
Select the Backup-Set folder you wish to rename, then press the F2 key on the keyboard

Delete a Backup-Set folder:
Select the Backup-Set folder you wish to delete, then from the Main-Menu: "File"->"Delete"
or
Right-Click on the Backup-Set folder you wish to delete, then select "Delete"
or
Select the Backup-Set folder you wish to delete, then press the DELETE key on the keyboard
