...a skinned version of soma's CC formulator plugin.
I added MIDI learn to the incoming CC selection.
Added dynamic MIDI filtering so that now the selected MIDI channel and CC#s will be
filtered from the rest of the MIDI data, which will be passed thru unchanged.
Added a "HELP" button that launches the EZMath expression modules help file.
Also added a clipper to the output to try and keep the data within the
standard range of 0-127.
...and I added a Patch Select module so it's ready for you to throw some presets
together and get them to me for the next update

- fixed the routing in V2 which caused only MIDI notes on the selected MIDI channel to pass through

- added level indicators to the input/output controls
- added clip lamps on the output so you can see when you go outside the range. You can "clip" the data in the expression editor(see help).
