For some unknown reason nF_NoteOnRelease would only work properly when a delay of 30ms is
place on it's output... ( I have used jthalamus to create this 30ms delay )
Also, nF_NoteOnRelease generates a Note-Off containing a NoteRelease Velocity equal to
the Note-On Velocity, using jthalamus this is changed to a NoteRelease Velocity of 0 (zero)
