...based on David Haupt's MIDIMunger module, contains 2 * 10 MIDImunger rules
This plugin can do anything nF_Vel_Scale_v2, nF_CC2CC_v2, nF_CC_Scale_v2 and nF_MIDIFilter do...
it's also a bit more complicated to use

- instead of using copy/paste to put the rules into the rack
- you can now just click the ">" button to the left of the slot to insert the
current rule from the "RuleBuilder". The button on the right clears the slot.

- added a "read only" lock to the text fields, because everytime one uses shortcut
keys in energyXT it would screw up the rules if the cursor is left blinking in that text field.
