Setup
to select the output MIDI channel on which the chords will be generated
- drag CH up/down
to switch generating chords On/Off
- click Power On/Off
Chord Select
You can link maximum 12 notes to 12 chords. There are a large number of
standard chords pre-programmed + 12 user chords you can setup yourself.
to select the note
- drag the narrow left column up/down to select the note, the value should be lower than C2
to select the chord
- drag the wide right column up/down to select the chord, the value should be lower than C2
User Chords
In this section you can program the 12 "User Chords".
Strum Select
to select the note for strum direction
- drag the note value up/down to select the note, the value should be lower than C2
to select the note for a inversion
- drag the note value up/down to select the note, the value should be lower than C2
to select the inversion value
- drag the inversion value up/down to select, the range is -16...0...+16
Strum Settings
to set random/humanization amount for Note Velocity
- drag the slider up/down
to set random/humanization amount for Gap
- drag the slider up/down ( Gap = time interval between 2 note of a strum )
to select Time Mode
- click to select between Gap and Total
- "Gap" when the Time slider is 100ms, then all the intervals between the notes will be 100ms
e.g. a 6-note chord = 600ms / a 4-note chord = 400ms
- "Total" when the Time slider is 100ms, then all notes in the strum will be spread over a period of 100ms
to set Time in milliseconds of a "Gap" in a strum or "Total" strum
- drag the slider up/down
How to play
- Press Chord Select note e.g. F1 will give you a major chord / G1 a minor chord / etc.
- Press Strum Select note e.g. C1 will give you a Strum Up.
- Press Inversion Select note e.g. D#1 will give you a Inversion of 0.
- Then hit another midi key above B1 and it should play a major chord with that key as the root note.
