The Status Display is a 2 or 3 line text status
component
If the Status Display >= 200 pixels, then
2 lines of text will be displayed,
which normally displays the following of the focused component:
- line 1 -- the name and value AND the parameter value 0.000000 to 1.00000
If the Status Display < 200 pixels, then
3 lines of text will be displayed,
which normally displays the following of the focused component:
- line 1 -- the name and value
- line 2 -- the parameter value 0.000000 to 1.00000
When you click on the Status Display, it will also display the Input and Output controls
(2-line
Status display: on the 2nd line, 3-line Status display: on the 2nd and 3rd lines)
assigned via the
Properties Panel.
Description of the 1st character of each I/O control:
- v = standard plugin I/O
- p = controlled via a part, i.e. uses Port/Channel of a part
- t = controlled via a part and its "tab switch", i.e. WYSIWYC=="What You See Is What You Control"
- s = controlled via a part and its "part switch"
- x = external I/O, not implemented yet
~ indicates I/O is ONLY set for the current preset
(applicable for useChunks=1)
^ indicates a 14-bit
(range: 0..16383) value instead of the standard default 7-bit
(range: 0..127) value...
When the
Design Button is in
Design Mode,
then the following information of the focused component is displayed:
2 line Status display:
- line 1 -- name
- line 2 -- X,Y coordinates :: Width,Height in pixels AND Parameter/Variable number -- Component number and type
3 line Status display:
- line 1 -- name
- line 2 -- X,Y coordinates :: Width,Height in pixels
- line 3 -- Parameter/Variable number -- Component number and type
