to add a sample - open the audio sample folder in a Browser, drag and drop the desired audio file into the part.
to select several clips - Shift+click each one or lasso them

Move, Copy and Paste Clips

to move the selected clip(s) - drag left or right, or from one channel to another
to copy the selected clip(s) - Ctrl+drag left or right, or from one channel to another

Splitting Clips

to split a clip - click it >> Alt+right-click at the split position

Copy and Paste Notes

to copy and paste selected note(s) - Ctrl+drag

Editing MIDI Velocity

What can the Mouse do?

to increase/decrease velocity of a selected note - click the note's velocity bar at the desired value (height of bar), or drag the bar up/down (127 values are available
to increase/decrease velocity of selected notes - drag through the bars at the desired values (height of bars)
to increase/decrease a series of notes - drag through the bars at the desired values (height of bars)

Editing MIDI Controller CC Data

What can the Mouse do?

to insert a control event - Alt+click
to insert a series of events - Alt+drag
to change the value of a control event - click it at the desired value (height of bar),
or drag the bar up or down,
to increase/decrease the values of a series of control events - drag through the bars at the desired values (height of bars)
to set the value of multiple CC events - select them in the Event List (Ctrl+click), enter the value in the controller Value box
to delete a control event - right-click it
