Use

Keyboard shortcuts

Click on "Channel 1", then press the Insert key to insert a plugin AFTER the current position
Press BackSpace key to toggle between Preset and Mixer.
Press  ,  and  .  keys for previous and next preset.
Type a number + Enter on the numeric keypad to switch to another preset.
Press Menu key (or Right-Click) for context menu.
Num-Pad keys allow direct type-in of preset number, use Enter key to accept.
Press Pause key to toggle between left-panel(Presets&Mixer) and right-panel(plugins).

Ctrl + W opens/closes a plugin's editor
Ctrl + Tab selects next plugin editor on current page
Ctrl + Page Up/Page Down selects next/previous page

Status-Display

1st Column = average Process Time / %
2nd Column = average Peak Process Time / %
3nd Column = Peak Process Time / % held until refresh (F5 key or Alt+Pause key)
the ms value is the ASIO-buffer process-time setting
last 2 percentage values are average system CPU in use for CPU 1 and CPU 2

Presets popup menu

This menu is ONLY available when a plugin's "Preset Display + Set Mode" is set to "s.Std-FXB" or "p.FXB-Banks".

Press Menu key or right-click in the presets panel to display this popup menu.

Move Up swaps the current preset with the preset one location up in the list.
Move Down swaps the current preset with the preset one location down in the list.

Copy Preset copies the current preset onto the clipboard.
Paste Preset copies the preset from the clipboard into the current preset-location, overwriting all values.
Rename Preset renames the current preset.

Load Preset(s) loads one ot more FXP-files into the current preset-location, overwriting all parameter values.
Load Preset(s) + use FileName same as Load Preset(s) , but also renames the preset(s) to the FXP's filename(s).
Save Preset As saves the current preset to a FXP-file.
Export Presets... exports all presets of the current bank as FXP-files to a folder.

You can change the preset by typing  ,  or  .  or type a number + Enter on the numeric keypad.

Parameters popup menu

Press Menu key or right-click in the Parameters-Panel to display this popup menu.

Params in Mixer displays parameters below the Presets-Panel.
Params Docked displays parameters in a seperate panel adjacent to the left-panel.
Float/Descriptive "Float" displays the parameter-value as a float value ranging between 0.00000 and 1.0000, "Descriptive" displays the parameter-value with the description supplied by the VST/VSTi plugin.

Use Param Map when checked, the parameters are mapped and a light-blue bar will be displays on the left-hand side of the Parameters-Panel. If a Parameter-Map has not yet been defined, a message-box will be displayed asking if you wnat to created a Parameter-Map.
NOTE: the Parameter-Map is saved in the VST's profile file (.VPRF).
Rename Param renames the current parameter IF Use Param Map is checked.
Param Properties... opens the Parameter Mapping dialog.

Show/hide MCU display

You can show/hide the built-in MCU display with MainMenu --> Window --> MCU



The BCRU sysex file

The sysex file MCU-BCR2000.syx is included in the asHost distribution package.
BC Manager, coded by Mark van den Berg, can be used to send this sysex file to the BCR2000 ...
